This shawl has a mixture of white crossbred wool in the warp and in the weft, and light gray yarn from our Old Norse sheep on the farm, Låvebrua. The shawl is woven in a traditional herringbone pattern. After fringing and finishing, it is plant dyed at the farm: We use ‘Madder’ for red, pink/purple with cochineal or Indigo for blue.

The shawl is suitable for several types of use, such as a generous scarf, travel blanket or shawl that wraps you around and makes you cozy and warm.

Approximate size: 210x60cm.

100% Norwegian wool.

White with grey Old Norse sheep
A mixture of white crossbred wool in the warp and in the weft, and our yarn Låvebrua, light grey yarn from our Old Norse sheep on the farm. The cover hairs from Old Norse sheep make the shawl nice and robust. The stripes are a bit narrower on this quality and the surface of the shawl becomes more wavy.
Choose between colors: Røsslyng, Rust, Steingrunn, Brådjupt

Color
The names come from our yarns with the same name.

NOTE! We often dye to order, so calculate a slightly longer delivery time. Each product is unique and therefore the colors may vary from the images. Often the colors in one blanket also become lively with different nuances.
