SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY INFORMATION: NORWAY

SERVICES
Service: Bring Carbon-neutral service parcel
Processing: 1-7 days
Delivery: 1-3 days
Total Delivery Time: 2-10 days
Shipping fee: Free shipping in Norway
Orders within Norway will be delivered by Bring to your mailbox or your nearest post office. A delivery notification will be sent via sms and/or email when your order is ready to be collected.
TAXES AND DUTIES (NORWAY)
All Norwegian orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that local tax (mva) and custom duties are included in the product price.

SERVICES
Service: Bring pick-up parcel
Processing: 1-7 days
Delivery: 2-14 days
Total Delivery Time: 3-21 days
Shipping fee (all orders under 2500,- NOK): 550 - 850 NOK depending in weight, orders over 2500,- NOK are eligible for free shipping.
Delivered to the recipient's door/nearest optional delivery location. Whether delivery of the mailing item is made to the recipient's door or to the post office will depend on the regulations of the recipient country. For all parcels that are attempted to be delivered or sent directly to the post office, there is a collection deadline of at least 14 days and up to 4 weeks in some countries. If the parcel is not collected by this deadline, it will be returned (unless you have an explicit waiver for the parcel in the transport label). In that case, you must pay the list price for an equivalent new parcel to the country in question.  
TAXES AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL)
All local import duties and charges are covered by the customer.
TRACKING & TIMINGS
All orders are fully traceable on https://www.bring.no/ Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
We do not send any packages with normal post, as these packages are not traceable.
