SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY INFORMATION: NORWAY

SERVICES

Service: Bring Carbon-neutral service parcel
Processing: 1-2 days
Delivery: 1-3 days
Total Delivery Time: 2-7 days
Shipping fee: 100 -  280 NOK depending on weight

Orders within Norway will be delivered by Bring to your nearest post office. A delivery notification will be sent via sms and/or email when your order is ready to be collected.

TAXES AND DUTIES (NORWAY)

All Norwegian orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that local tax (mva) and custom duties are included in the product price. 

DELIVERY INFORMATION: INTERNATIONAL

SERVICES

Service: FedEx
Processing: 1-2 days
Delivery: 2-5 days
Total Delivery Time: 3-7 days
Shipping fee (all orders): 550 - 850 NOK depending in weight

International orders can be shipped with FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. FedEx usually operate between 9am–6pm on business days.

TAXES AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL)

All local import duties and charges are covered by the customer.

TRACKING & TIMINGS

When choosing FedEx as shipping option, all orders are fully traceable on their websites. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

Alternative shipping option for International customers:

Service: Posten/Standard mail service
Processing: 1-2 days
Delivery: 2-3 weeks
Total Delivery Time: 2-3 weeks
Shipping fee (all orders): 160 - 450 NOK depending in weight

International orders can be shipped with standard mail service, however we do not offer tracking and insurance on this option. However if your parcel should get lost, we are happy to discuss options for compensation.
