3D machine knitted, zero waste

Lofoten Wool collects wool from various sheep breeds in the region and makes products from 100% Norwegian white sheep wool. Our yarn and designs are knitted into garments using 3D knitting technology in Tingvoll and Sykkylven in Norway. The very advanced knitting machine knits a sweater in about 40 minutes and only uses the yarn needed for the garment.

When we receive the products, we hand sew the ribbing and wash, and if necessary dye them, one by one here at the farm in Lofoten.

We strive for a quality that resembles hand knitting.
