SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY INFORMATION: NORWAY

SERVICES
Service: Bring Carbon-neutral service parcel or DHL Express.
Processing: 1-7 days
Delivery: 1-3 days
Total Delivery Time: 2-10 days
Shipping fee: Bring: 49nok for 0-700g packages, 99nok for bigger than 700g packages. DHL Express: 362nok and up. Free shipping for orders over 2500nok.
Orders within Norway will be delivered by Bring to your mailbox or your nearest post office. A delivery notification will be sent via sms and/or email when your order is ready to be collected.

Keep in mind that the delivery times are only an estimate, and can cary depending on the season.

TAXES AND DUTIES (NORWAY)
All Norwegian orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that local tax (mva) and custom duties are included in the product price.

SERVICES
Service: Posten pick-up parcel or Bring letter abroad up to 2kg, Bring pick up parcel or DHL Express.
Processing: 1-7 days
Delivery: 2-14 days
Total Delivery Time: 3-21 days.
Note that the delivery times are an estimate and during high season they can be even longer. The letter parcels might also take longer time to reach to destination.
Shipping fee (all orders under 2500,- NOK): 70-600 NOK depending on weight and country. Orders over 2500,- NOK are eligible for free shipping.

Delivered to the recipient's door/nearest optional delivery location. Whether delivery of the mailing item is made to the recipient's door or to the post office will depend on the regulations of the recipient country. For all parcels that are attempted to be delivered or sent directly to the post office, there is a collection deadline of at least 14 days and up to 4 weeks in some countries. If the parcel is not collected by this deadline, it will be returned (unless you have an explicit waiver for the parcel in the transport label). In that case, you must pay the list price for an equivalent new parcel to the country in question. 

 

TAXES AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL & USA)
Taxes:
Taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping location. For all EU orders under 150€ local taxes are included when purchasing. For EU orders above 150€ and all other international orders taxes are not included, and will have to be paid when the product is imported to the receiving country.
Duties:
All local import duties and charges are covered by the customer. This should be taken in consideration before ordering. Please see your country's customs regulations for more information. 
Due to new tax regulations in the US, the De minimis rule has been removed and there are possible customs duties which should to be taken account for before ordering.

TRACKING & TIMINGS
All orders are fully traceable on https://www.posten.no/ Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, national holidays or any force majeure from the postal company's side. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
